We ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO. We do not ship internationally at this time.

U.S. orders of $75 or more ship free; orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95.

Orders are prepared in 3–7 business days — many boots are handmade to order — and delivered in 3–7 business days after shipping. You get a tracking link by email.

Unworn items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee.

For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, the customer pays return postage. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we cover everything, including a free replacement or full refund.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Order your usual U.S. shoe size. New boots feel snug across the instep and may slip slightly at the heel until the sole breaks in.

Measure around your head about 1/8 inch above the ears. S fits about 55 cm (6 7/8), M 57 cm (7 1/8), L 59 cm (7 3/8), XL 61 cm (7 5/8).

Order 2 inches larger than your pant size, for example a 36 belt for 34 pants.

Yes. Our boots and belts are genuine leather or suede, as listed on each product page. Croc-embossed boots are cowhide pressed with a pattern, not exotic skin.

Most of our hats are wool felt; a few are vegan suede or a felt-look blend. The material is listed on each product page.

Brush off dust, wipe with a damp cloth, let them dry away from heat, and condition the leather a few times a year.
