These Terms govern your use of jrswesternwear.com, operated by JR's Western Wear. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and descriptions

We describe each product's materials, size and condition as accurately as we can. Handmade leather and felt items vary slightly in color, stitching and grain from the photos. Embossed leather is labeled as embossed and is not exotic skin.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

3. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or an order looks fraudulent.

4. Shipping and returns

5. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site or interfere with its operation.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, including text, graphics and layout, belongs to JR's Western Wear or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, JR's Western Wear is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
