At JR'S Western Wear, we want your order to arrive fast so you can start wearing your new western style right away. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed at jrswesternwear.com, operated by JR'S WESTERN WEAR, 107 N Silver Ave, Deming, NM 88030, United States.

Free Shipping

We proudly offer FREE shipping on every order within the United States — no minimum purchase required. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.

Delivery Time

All orders are delivered within 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed and confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped the same business day if placed before 2:00 PM CST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or ship to freight forwarders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@jrswesternwear.com as soon as possible — we can usually fix it before the order ships. Once shipped, a parcel cannot be redirected.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or never arrives, we'll make it right — a free replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you. Just email us with your order number (and a photo if something is damaged). See our Refund Policy for details.
