The Challenger Breadware cast iron bread pan is a combination cooker with a large domed lid and shallow base. Its design is intended to retain heat and seal in steam while baking bread.
The pan is made from hand-seasoned, extra-thick cast iron. Thorough drying and frequent oiling are needed to help prevent rusting and protect the seasoned finish.
