The Harvest Right Medium Freeze Dryer is designed for freeze drying fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy products, meals, desserts, and more. It uses a countertop, cart, or table format and operates from a 110 volt outlet.
The unit freezes and dries 7-10 pounds per batch and can process 1.450 pounds of fresh food per year. Press start to operate; the freeze dryer beeps when finished.
