Highway Royal Deluxe Felt Hat
Handcrafted in the U.S.A., the Highway Royal Deluxe is known for its lighter weight, softer, more supple feel, and a flexible finish— making it a slightly dressier alternative to the stiffer, more substantial Highway 6X. The Royal Deluxe owes its signature suppleness to a proprietary fur-felt blend, which gives the hat a forgiving fit and allows the brim to be snapped up or down. Like all Highways, the Royal Deluxe easily transitions from city to country, and looks equally sharp on a woman or a man.
Introduced in 1937, the Highway was originally sold with an open crown, which could then be creased to the customer’s liking. Since 1948, it has been finished with a traditional, hand-pressed cattleman crease, and has been worn by modern pioneers and trailblazers ever since, from artists and outlaws to Presidents (including, most notably, LBJ, who was rarely photographed on his Texas ranch without his Highway).

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless your item arrived damaged, wrong, or never arrived — in those cases we replace it or refund you in full and cover the postage.
