It’s crafted from our proprietary 100X fur felt, which is prized for its durability and luxurious feel, and, as with all hats that come out of our factory in Texas, each President is touched by more than 100 sets of hands during production, resulting in a hat that is designed and built to stand the test of time.
This edition features a 4840 profile, which translates to a 4 5/8” cattleman crown and 4” brim. It’s finished with a matching self-felt band and three-piece, genuine 10K gold buckle. A handsewn premier roan leather sweatband and deluxe embroidered satin liner provide a time-tested fit and premium comfort.

Shipping is free on every U.S. order — no minimum purchase. Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days, with same-day dispatch before 2 PM CST. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless your item arrived damaged, wrong, or never arrived — in those cases we replace it or refund you in full and cover the postage.
