The Duncan 4X is handmade in the U.S.A. of durable, weather-resistant 4X quality buffalo felt, which has a unique, pleasingly coarse texture. Fit for long days on the range, it features a 4 ¼” brim and a 4 ¼” cattleman crown finished with a matching self-felt band and three-piece silver-tone buckle set. A genuine leather sweatband, and full satin liner provide a secure and comfortable fit. Includes an original hat box.

Shipping is free on every U.S. order — no minimum purchase. Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days, with same-day dispatch before 2 PM CST. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless your item arrived damaged, wrong, or never arrived — in those cases we replace it or refund you in full and cover the postage.
