In keeping with its unparalleled heritage, each Frontier Plains Felt Hat is made the old-fashioned way, dyed and shaped and distressed entirely by hand. This results in a hat that is truly one of a kind, with its own unique color, shape and level of distressing. (Note: As a result of this time-honored process, your hat may vary significantly in color from the versions shown at left.)
Each Frontier Plains Felt Hat is crafted from high-quality 6X fur felt for a lifetime of wear, with a signature leather hat band, interior leather sweatband, and satin lining. With its unmistakable profile and signature distressed patina, the Frontier Plains Felt Hat may be our most iconic hat—the ultimate marriage of form and function.
- NOTE: The Boss of The Plains is handcrafted, hand-dyed and hand-distressed. That means no two hats have the same color or character, making each hat truly one of a kind. Shipping is free on every U.S. order — no minimum purchase. Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days, with same-day dispatch before 2 PM CST. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless your item arrived damaged, wrong, or never arrived — in those cases we replace it or refund you in full and cover the postage.
